Yes you can board multiple pets you can choose from our boarding options. You can either select multiple rooms for your pets (this is dependant on the size of your pet) or you can board multiple pets in one room. This can be discussed with our team.

Yes, you boarding fee includes all meals. You pet will be fed breakfast and dinner and will always have access to fresh drinking water.

You may provide your own meals, however there may be additional charges if there is a lot of preparation time required. This will be quoted based on your requirements.

No, sorry we do not provide any discounts for supplying your own pet food.

Preparation of special meal requests take time and we have to provide additional resources to fulfil this request, which is why we cannot offer any discounted pricing.

Yes our boarding facility is part of our main PASH building and you pet will have an indoor space as well as an outdoor space that they can access through a pet door.

The Dogs have an outdoor space and the cats have windows for outdoors viewing.

Our boarding rooms are equipped with fans and air-conditioning so that the pets are comfortable throughout their stay.

Our caregiving team alternates between fans and air-conditioning based on the weather conditions.

Our caregiving team will check on your pet at the beginning of their shift (8am) and at the end of the shift (5pm) and during mealtimes. They will also periodically check on your pets throughout the day.

We have designed our pet boarding facility with your pets safety and wellbeing in mind.

We have full-time onsite caregiver who lives on the PASH premises.

We also have regular visiting vets living on the PASH premises.

Our boarding facilities are secured with multiple doors.

No, your pet will be kept separate from other animals and our shelter animals.

Yes, your pet must have up to date vaccination records in order to board at PASH. This is for the safety of other boarding animals and our shelter animals.
